Wecome to the R&R Music Showcase! The showcase is a monthly section that features local bands from around Vancouver, Canada and the lower mainland. You will find band and contact information, and MP3 demos.

The Geoff Peters trio, based in Vancouver BC Canada, performs a versatile range of jazz standards and originals, including swing, Latin-jazz, and house-jazz.

The band currently performs in the Greater Vancouver area, in feature acts at local restaurants and clubs, and for special events such as dinners, parties, weddings, conferences, or celebrations.

As part of the band Lounge Consortium, the trio played a weekly gig at Capones Jazz Club in Yaletown on Thursday nights from Jan-Aug 2003. In Lounge Consortium they also performed at the 2003 Vancouver Jazz Festival. Other places they have performed at are the Crush Champagne Lounge on Granville, Oritalia Restaurant, and the Four Seasons Hotel.

The group also performs as a quartet or quintet, with a saxophonist or vocalist.
